This is a great moving company. Not only once, but twice for us. They are very considerate and called the prior day to confirm arrival and details. About 6-7 people show up and they just start hauling the stuff into the truck. The movers are respectful to the items and to each other and to the customers. They were super friendly with my puppy ! If you want the job done efficiently, and done right with minimal hiccups this is the company to choose! Tim was directing the move, he is very organized and polite and I could not recommend him more ! Tim and his crew rightfully deserve 5 stars ! Thank you so much!

Dave at RM&S was a pleasure to work with. I called him at the end of the day and he arranged for a special early NEXT MORNING crew to help with a small but heavy job. He and a few of his guys helped me move this VERY heavy vintage vending machine. Could not ask for better service! Will definitely use again!

I used the all lady packing team to pack up my home and unpack at my new home. All the ladies were friendly and it was a pleasure working with them. I had no problems with anything missing or broken. I highly recommend Rochester Moving and Storage’s all lady packing team. I was highly impressed with the moving team. All the men were courteous and efficient. The movers completed the move in less time than was originally estimated. If you are looking for a mover, you have found the right one in Rochester Moving & Storage!

I had a wonderful move!. Seven men came and Dave the owner. Tim was clearly in charge, and they were so kind, neat and polite, and work together It was a very efficient move. My two bedroom apartment was loaded on to the truck in one hour flat. They wrapped my furniture in plastic and werevery careful with the antique furniture. “Many hands make light work“, And this is so true! I highly recommend Rochester Moving and Storage!

We moved about a month ago across town and couldn't be more pleased with the guys. One guy didn't show up that was expected to be there, but they didn't miss a beat and the cost was reduced due to 1 less guy. They were efficient, friendly and worked great as a team. Tim was very organized in the packing and Dave showed up to make sure things were going smoothly, and they were. We have a heavy king size bed and they moved it carefully like it was nothing. The guys even asked if they could load the truck with things that we, as owners, planned on taking ourselves. Will definitely go with them for future moves.

Dave and his team were amazing! Dave was super accommodating and fit my move in with short notice! Everything was brought to my new home in pristine and great condition. The workers were super nice despite working on such a hot and steamy day. I could not recommend Rochester Moving and Storage Enough!

We moved from Greece NY to Webster NY in March. Dave and his crew were on time, friendly, courteous, and hard working! They had 6 men and 2 trucks! They finished in 4 hours and under the estimate Dave gave us! We were very pleased! We recommended them to our family!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Rochester moving and storage has provided me with the easiest moving experience i have had in a very long time. They were willing to move me when it was below freezing, in the snow. The owner, Dave, was very understanding when I asked a million questions. And I cannot praise Dave's team enough; these guys are solid. I was fully prepared to help them, but they had a crew of 6 (very friendly, professional, and sweet) young men come out. I ended up just standing there in awe while they carried things I struggled to even shuffle across the floor. I don't know what these dudes are eating, but it definitely builds muscle and stamina. They didn't even seem to get winded going up and down stairs. When I was finished being impressed with their physical feats, I was impressed with their skill. Nothing broken, scuffed, or shattered like in previous moves. None of the walls got scratched or damaged. They moved around narrow hallways, low ceilings, and tricky turns like magic. They even worked well with my somewhat questionable packing skills. If I ever need help moving something, I'm definitely calling them again. The pricing may seem high, but it ends up being fast (they moved an entire 4 family home in about 4 hours) and ultimately cheaper than other places I've worked with. I would go with them again in a heartbeat.
